Financial Trainee

Our current headcount is around 70 wonderful giosgers! We’re headquartered in Helsinki, Finland and have local offices in Stockholm and Barcelona. Some of our people work also in Madrid and the UK.
We are looking for a Financial Trainee to join our Helsinki based administrative team. In this role you will support our Financial Controller and COO in various finance-related and administrative tasks. This is a perfect opportunity to kick-off your career in Finance / Administrative tasks and work in an international tech company!
What will be on your to-do list?
- Calculating sales commissions and bonuses
- Processing reimbursement reports
- Assisting in monthly payroll preparations
- Managing accounts receivable and payable tasks
- Navigating monthly closing processes for all five companies in our group
- Other assisting tasks relating to managerial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Different kinds of operative tasks within our admin team.
We are looking for someone who is full of motivation to learn about running financial and administrative tasks in a growing tech company. We don’t expect you to be a master in these things yet - what we value the most is a great attitude and willingness to learn!
How you will charm us:
- You are ready to roll up your sleeves in every situation and have a self-driven attitude.
- You have good communication skills and your way of working is organized. You work effectively both independently and with a team.
- You are preferably finishing your studies in the field of accounting and finances or similar and have fluent skills in English and Finnish.
- You are interested to work especially in a growing tech company and enjoy an international work environment.
- Your eyes start shining when you see a good opportunity to reduce the amount of manual work in your scope of responsibility.

This position will be fixed-term until the end of June 2025 (negotiable). The working hours are flexible from 22,5 - 37,5 hours per week.
