Technical Support Trainee

We are looking for a Technical Support trainee to join our Customer Success team in Helsinki. In this role, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that our technical implementations meet customer needs and that they get the answers they need to their technical questions. What will be on your to-do list?
- Supporting the implementation of customer technical projects, contributing to reliable, high-quality results that deliver value.
- Debugging and troubleshooting JavaScript, HTML, APIs, and webhooks using browser developer tools.
- Translate technical issues into clear, simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Contributing to creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Responding to and resolving customer technical support tickets.
- Collaborating with other teams to improve products, understand project briefs and objectives.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn about AI technologies and their application in real business environments.

- You have some exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and data formats like JSON or XML, and you’re willing to expand these skills.
- You’re familiar with how to use browser developer tools for web debugging and troubleshooting.
- You understand the basics of HTTP REST APIs and CRUD operations, and you can read and interpret technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, or libraries.
- You have a basic understanding of Git or version control principles.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
- An educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- You can adapt and take initiative in dynamic, fast-changing situations, even when things aren’t fully defined.

This position will be fixed-term for 6 months. The working hours are flexible from 22,5 - 37,5 hours per week.
