At the very minute our sales close a deal, we take over and start supporting our customers from that point forward! We spend most of our days helping customers effortlessly implement our products. Our 7 member team is all about offering ongoing support and training for our customers whenever they need it. Customer engagement isn’t just a buzzword here - we help our customers reach their goals using our products.
Who are we as a team? An international bunch for sure! We have people from Finland, Mexico, Romania, Spain, Sweden and lot’s of other places. We all have different dialects from across the world and it’s always funny to figure out where everyone is from originally. Not only that, we speak a lot of different languages! At heart we are all customer service people, and we have a passion for sales.
We use different software for different things - Help Scout is our ticketing system, for project management we use Trello and we also make use of whatever our tech teams or sales team are using, like GitHub for example. At the end of the day, giosg Live Chat is by far the most important tool we use daily.
Our work never gets boring with different types of customers consistently keeping us on our toes! After all, we only have one platform and we can say that we solve as many customer challenges as there are customers themselves. Figuring out different ways to utilise our giosg platform to meet various needs is a challenge but also an educating experience requiring us to apply our all of our skill sets!
